3. Valid and recognized - University must be UGC recognized university, UGC is Govt of India body.
4. Select that college which is result oriented - Select the counselor, select the college, select the university, which is co-operative so that even in odd situations, things must move and you complete degree on time. This is very important. This will keep your money investment (fees) and career safe.
